1 2 3 Since 2002, the number of billets funded (aka authorized) have declined at CNSP and CNSL. Some of these were higher authority directed cuts such as the 15% MHA reductions as well as the Admin Support reduction in FY03. 15% MHA redux completed 30SEP03.
